Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Endless Blue Pools does not sell your personal information for money — ever. We collect your details to quote, schedule and deliver pool & spa service.

If — and only if — you accept cookies, we do "share" limited information for cross-context behavioural advertising, in the specific sense California's CPRA gives that word. We use Google Ads to measure which adverts lead to enquiries, and that measurement involves passing an advertising identifier and the fact that you contacted us to Google. No name, phone number, email address or service address is ever sent.

Nothing is shared unless you opt in. Until you choose "Accept cookies", advertising storage is denied. If you choose "Reject non-essential", or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, no advertising data is collected or shared at all — and Google's tools are not loaded on the page in the first place.

• Choose "Reject non-essential" on the cookie notice.
• Already accepted and changed your mind? Use Cookie settings in the footer of any page, or the reset button below. The notice reappears and you can reject.

Opting out costs you nothing and changes no part of the service you receive.

Global Privacy Control

We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out request — it is legally recognised as one in California, Colorado and Connecticut. Our declaration is published at /.well-known/gpc.json. When your browser exposes a GPC signal (navigator.globalPrivacyControl), we record an opt-out for your visit automatically, skip the cookie prompt entirely, and do not load Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics at all — the request to Google is never made in the first place.

What we actually collect

• What you type into a quote request: name, phone, email, service address and a description of your pool or spa.
• Essential, non-tracking site data needed to serve the page securely.
• Aggregated, cookie-less analytics that cannot identify you.
• With your consent only: an advertising identifier and the fact that you submitted an enquiry or tapped a contact link, passed to Google to measure advert performance.

We pass nothing to data brokers, and we never send your name, phone number, email address or service address to an advertising platform. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

Exercise your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to confirm that we have not sold or shared it. We do not discriminate against anyone for making a request. Contact us and we will respond within 45 days:
