Travis came out to replace our pool controller, and after two hours of troubleshooting—including swapping out the controller—he discovered the real issue was a broken connection in a communication cord, not the $2,000+ controller we had already agreed to replace. He could have easily moved forward with the replacement and we would have been none the wiser, but instead his honesty, professionalism, and integrity truly stood out.
